FS Dhayaparan Represents at National Stage of the Westminster Award

Congratulations to FS Jason Dhayaparan on Reaching the National Selection Stage of the Westminster Award!

We’re incredibly proud to congratulate Flight Sergeant Jason Dhayaparan, who this week represented our Squadron and Warwickshire & Birmingham Wing at the national selection stage of the Westminster Award—a major milestone that recognises him as one of the most outstanding cadets in the country.

Jason was nominated following the successful completion of a vocational qualification with the Cadet Vocational Qualifications Organisation (CVQO) and progressed through a highly competitive filter and interview process to earn his place at this prestigious week-long residential.

The Westminster Award national selection week brings together top cadets from across all UK youth forces to take part in a challenging programme of leadership tasks, team-building exercises, and personal development activities. From this stage, just twelve cadets will be chosen to go forward to the final phase of the award.

To reach this point is a huge achievement and a testament to Jason’s leadership, commitment, and drive. He has represented both our Squadron and Wing with distinction—and we couldn’t be prouder.
