This weekend, we’re incredibly proud to cheer on Flight Sergeant Amelia Van Ristell Hall as she represents Warwickshire & Birmingham Wing at the Wales and West Region Cadet of the Year interviews.
After being selected to go forward as the nominee for Warwickshire & Birmingham Wing, Amelia now goes forward to the next stage, meeting top cadets from the five other Wings across the region in a competitive interview process. This marks a significant step in the prestigious Dacre Sword competition, which recognises the most outstanding RAF Air Cadet nationwide.

Amelia has already demonstrated exemplary leadership, commitment, and passion—qualities that embody the very best of what it means to be an RAF Air Cadet. We have no doubt she will represent both the Wing and our Squadron with pride.
Best of luck, FS Van Ristell Hall—we’re all behind you!
